If, by any reason you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your order, or it seems the product has defects of any sort, please send us an email to info@cafekumanday.com. We will be very interested in knowing why the product did not meet your standards and we will gladly issue you a refund or resend you the coffee.

For orders above $25 we will need you to send the coffee ordered back to us and you must pay the shipping cost by your own in order for us to proceed with the refund.
